How do I get a membership?

Getting a membership is easy! Head over to the upgrades to choose your membership tier and get started. You'll get instant access to member features, plus monthly Ocoins as part of your plan.

Can I use products I create on {{companyName}} across multiple virtual world platforms or accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OOR3D™ is built for that: create your products once, then export the files and upload them to the supported virtual world stores or accounts you own. If one brand uses more than one external store or account, link each one as a store for that brand. For example, one brand can export for more than one IMVU account as long as each account is verified.

What is a creator brand?

Accepted Answer

A creator brand is a way to organize the products you make in OOR3D™. It helps you keep products from different stores, styles, or projects from all getting mixed together. For example, you might make one brand for clothes, one for furniture, and one for fantasy items. Or you can keep everything in one brand if that works better for you. Over time, brands will also power things like analytics and automation. You can manage your brands from my studio brands.

Can I put all of my IMVU stores in one creator brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you want one brand to export for multiple IMVU accounts, you can set those accounts up as stores under that brand once each account is verified. That said, if your IMVU stores sell totally different things, separate brands may make your products easier to manage. OOR3D™ will not force you to split them. It is your workspace, so set it up however works for you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade anytime in settings billing and the changes will apply immediately. If you downgrade, it will take effect after your current billing period ends.

Question 6

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

You'll keep your access until your billing period ends. After that, you'll lose member-only features, including BrainGPT / Create with AI access, and your monthly Ocoin allowance. Any unused Ocoins stay in your account.

Do I need a credit card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through stripe. PayPal and Crypto are not supported at this time.

Do you store my payment information?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not store your payment information on our servers. OOR3D™ partners with stripe to handle all billing and sensitive payment data. Stripe securely processes and stores your payment information using industry-standard encryption - we never see or have access to your full card details.

Can I change my payment method?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can update your card or billing details anytime in your settings billing.

Question 10

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

We automatically retry failed payments over several days. Your membership remains active during this time. If all retry attempts fail, we cancel your subscription and your membership is downgraded to the free tier. To avoid this, update your payment method in settings billing as soon as possible after receiving a payment failure notification.
