Due to the nature of digital assets and user-created content, all purchases made on OOR3D™ are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Membership fees

• Ocoin purchases

• Product remixes, exports, and other digital actions

• One-time tools or feature usage

You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation does not grant a refund for the remaining membership period. You will retain access until the current billing period ends.

If you believe your account was charged without authorization, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

We will investigate and determine eligibility for a refund at our sole discretion.

Refunds may be considered in rare cases, such as:

• A major technical issue on our end that prevents you from using a purchased feature, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.

• A duplicate charge due to a billing error.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring.

Filing a chargeback without first reaching out to our support team may result in an account suspension or permanent ban from OOR3D™.

OOR3D™ reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
