Avatar, body types and unisex products

Switch the preview body, hide body parts, and learn how male, female and unisex products work.

The Avatar tool

The Avatar tool has three tabs:

Body Type: switch the preview avatar.
Visibility: show or hide supported body parts.
Variants: switch between the available body-part variants.

Pick a body type before using Visibility or Variants. The Avatar tool also has the avatar color control (preview only) and, where available, a Minimum Coverage Guideline overlay.

Male, female and unisex products

Products are made for a male body, a female body, or both (unisex). A unisex product can be worn by both avatar bodies, and you can export it for both.

You still look at one body at a time: switch the preview body to see the other version. Open a product while browsing Male or Female and it shows on that same body. Unisex products appear in both Male and Female browsing in the Emporium.
